Board Readiness Bootcamp
Lyn Cason and Kathleen Hajek lead a 90-minute virtual session geared to aid in creating and executing your personal strategic action plan for winning a seat on a Board – Boards of Influence (State Commissions, regulatory boards, hospital, university, trade association boards, etc) or Private and Public Boards
Curriculum topics include:
- Positioning yourself for board service: what is your personal value proposition?
- Adding value as a board member AND as a “diversity” board member
- Locating and securing board opportunities
- How to prepare for the board interview process and use diligence to make the right choices
Our program will help you realize the unique value you offer to boards as a leader. We will guide you in discovering the kind of board seats that are attainable, the steps you can take to advance that interest in your goal of board service.
