Executive Alliance brings together ambitious women of all levels to our "In the Room Mentoring" event, a natural progression from our Effective Impact Mentoring Program. This dynamic initiative harnesses the expertise and networks of influential female leaders, offering invaluable one-on-one and small-group mentoring sessions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to expand their networks during an open breakfast reception before the program begins. Featuring our “celebrity” mentor, Arianna Kelly, Executive Director of the Maryland Commission for Women, the program will start with a panel discussion on “Mentoring Each Other – and Ourselves.”

After our panel discussion, attendees will self-select small mentoring groups for discussion in three rounds of 12-minute sessions.Designed to cater to ambitious women across all stages of their journey—be it in age, career, or influence—this event promises inspiration, guidance, and invaluable connections.
