Spring each year. Executive Alliance’s Honor Roll Award for Women’s Representation is designed to recognize and celebrate companies that are creative and supportive in recruitment, development, support and advancement of women in the workplace and corporate boards. Each Honor Roll award organization has a unique opportunity to receive public recognition for workplace programs that promote equity, diversity and inclusion for women. The Honor Roll award raises the bar for women’s representation in the C-Suite and board room. To recognize Executive Alliance’s 30th anniversary, Honor Roll companies must have AT LEAST 30% of their executive leadership AND 30% of their board of directors seats held by women.

Fall each year. Our acclaimed Women of Excellence event takes place in late October / early November each year. Attended by approximately 600 businesswomen, it is the ultimate opportunity to network with Maryland women in business.
Executive Alliance proudly presented its inaugural “In the Room Mentoring” event May 9th. We kicked things off with an enlightened panel discussion titled “Empowering Mentorship: Making an Impact Wherever You Are” and then jump into mentoring. It was designed to cater to ambitious women across all stages of their journey—be it in age, career, or influence—this event promises inspiration, guidance, and invaluable connections. It was a success.
