Executive Alliance believes in women’s leadership! Contributions to Executive Alliance support our programs including the annual Census of Women in the Board Room report, informational seminars, and other educational and advocacy activities. Over the past twelve years 132 women have completed the signature Effective Impact Mentoring program. As one mentee shared, “I always had a vision for my future. The question was, ‘how do I get there?’ My mentor gave me the push I needed to bring that vision within my reach. My successes today are a direct result of the lessons learned through the program.”
