HonorRoll Header 1

Does your organization stand with women?

Executive Alliance’s Honor Roll Award for Women’s Representation is designed to recognize and celebrate companies that are creative and supportive in recruitment, development, support and advancement of women in the workplace and corporate boards. Each Honor Roll award organization has a unique opportunity to receive public recognition for workplace programs that promote equity, diversity and inclusion for women.

The Honor Roll award raises the bar for women’s representation in the C-Suite and board room.  To recognize Executive Alliance’s 30th anniversary, Honor Roll companies must have AT LEAST 30% of their executive leadership AND 30% of their board of directors seats held by women.

Honor Roll criteria is broken down into five categories:
    • Criteria 1: Commitment to women
As an organization, explain how you behave intentionally and communicate with your leadership team, employees, customers and stakeholders your organization’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion for all women.
    • Criteria 2: Creating a path
Describe how those programs and initiatives have helped to mentor, empower, and advance opportunities for growth for women.
    • Criteria 3: Leadership
Describe specific activities and processes your organization has to ensure women are included and supported in senior leadership roles.  Provide supporting data.
    • Criteria 4:  C-Suite Representation
Provide the name and demographic information for all C-level employees.  At least 30% of C-Suite employees must identify as women.
    • Criteria 5:  Board Representation
