Hannah was recently promoted to Project Manager 3 at her company this past January, which is a large milestone at their company. She is proud of how far she has come in the last ten years - she was shy when her first started at Whiting-Turner in 2014 and was very insecure about her lack of construction knowledge. While Hannah has always been a diligent and hardworking "worker bee," eager to prove herself and complete all of her tasks well, it took her a long time to feel comfortable speaking up and feeling comfortable and capable in her abilities.
