Reilly has been co-directing the ongoing discovery, design, development, and adoption of a proprietary generative AI tool. This is without a doubt her most important work to date, as the potential to use this technology to increase the output of colleagues across the firm is massive. This work involves traveling among the US offices to socialize and educate our colleagues on generative AI technology, surveying for manual processes and pain points that can be addressed using our tool or other AI technologies, curating a pipeline of ideas for future enhancements to our tool, working with executive sponsors to prioritize and fund the development work, and communicating updates at Steering Committee meetings.
