As a leader, Sara strives to be approachable and supportive, qualities that her team has recognized and valued. During her tenure as a mid-level manager, she was tasked with overseeing two legal projects that had previously lacked structured management. Sara hired and trained a young lawyer fresh out of law school and two legal advocates, designing and implementing training programs from the ground up. The nickname "RA," which her supervisees used for her, was a testament to the trust and rapport she built with them. While Sara is proud of her ability to foster a positive and productive work environment, She is aware that leadership is a journey, and there is always room for growth. She is eager to learn how to navigate the broader organizational challenges that come with upper management, particularly in creating a more inclusive and empowering culture within her team.
