Executive Alliance believes in women’s leadership! Our initiatives support our members and promote women’s representation at the highest levels of power.  As 2022 comes to a close, we look back in celebration and unity.

We’re especially proud to act as a convener, bringing together over 900 women through publicly available programs and events, such as:

In addition to raising visibility around issues of women’s representation, we provided opportunities for women to get to know each other and build a powerful network of women supporting other women.  Our membership, over 100 women strong, met in person at six member meetings / socials.  Other coffees and lunches were organized by individual members.  Our nine robust committees met on a monthly basis to move the mission forward. Our members support the next generation of leaders by sharing their expertise and network and mentoring others.
  • Our Effective Impact Mentoring program has 11 outstanding mentees and members provide one-on-one mentoring.
  • How to be a great mentor provided a practical guide to getting the most our of a mentor/mentee relationship (recording here)
  • The Emerging Women Leaders scholarship provided $5,400 to a young woman studying medicine at the University of Maryland.
  • We celebrated the graduation of several COVID-delayed mentoring classes (presentation here).  Graduates of the program joined the 143 women who have completed this transformational program.

Please consider an end of year donation to Executive Alliance.

Executive Alliance seeks to take our power as women leaders in Maryland’s workplace. We measure that power by representation in the c-suite, board room, and other places of power and nurture a network of women leaders that support each other in their development.

There is still more work to do.  Follow us on Facebook  and LinkedIn to see what 2023 has in store for Executive Alliance!
