Executive Alliance believes in women’s leadership! Our initiatives support our members and promote women’s representation at the highest levels of power. As 2022 comes to a close, we look back in celebration and unity.
We’re especially proud to act as a convener, bringing together over 900 women through publicly available programs and events, such as:

- Celebrating organizations who stand with women at our Honor Roll event (presentation here)
- Our publications, Women’s Resource Guide and 2022 Census Report, reached over 10,000 business readers in Maryland and included a robust directory of members.
- Our Accelerate Women eblasts and Thought Leadership blogs reach over 1000 people each month.
- Our Effective Impact Mentoring program has 11 outstanding mentees and members provide one-on-one mentoring.
- How to be a great mentor provided a practical guide to getting the most our of a mentor/mentee relationship (recording here)
- The Emerging Women Leaders scholarship provided $5,400 to a young woman studying medicine at the University of Maryland.
- We celebrated the graduation of several COVID-delayed mentoring classes (presentation here). Graduates of the program joined the 143 women who have completed this transformational program.
