Immediate Past President – Mary Jean Herron, Wilmax Advisory
As CEO of Wilmax Advisory, Mary Jean serves as an advisor to senior executives. She advises executives on developing a vision for the future and turning it into action as they think differently about their career and life. She works with executives transitioning from tactical into strategic roles and helps create new career possibilities for leaders. Earlier in her career, Mary Jean held senior level roles with Keswick Multi-Care Center, Institute for Market Transformation and Health Care for the Homeless.
In addition to her leadership roles with Executive Alliance, Mary Jean chairs the Public Advocacy Committee and is a board member of the Y of Central Maryland. She also serves as treasurer for CASH Campaign of Maryland, and as a board member Maryland Health Benefit Exchange.
